Any clinicians and scientists who are interested in the field of thyroid surgery regardless of their specialties can apply the APTS membership.

• Access to the archives of previous APTS congress including videos and pdf files of lectures, abstract book and photos
• Access to the APTS member database including membership list

The APTS membership application is only available via the APTS official website (http://www.apthyroid.org). If all sections of the online application are not completed, your application will NOT be accepted. All applicants for Active membership should pay lifetime membership fee ($ 100) using credit card or bank transfer. Applications will be handled on behalf of the APTS by the current officer and result will be announced via e-mail.

  • The membership country shall consist of countries in Asia, Oceania, and Pan-Pacific regions as well as all over the world.

  • 3 Types of membership
    • Active members shall be physicians or surgeons actively engaged in clinical practice, research, or education in thyroid and parathyroid surgery.
    • Fellows of the Society (FAPTS) represent members who have demonstrated distinguished excellence in clinical practice, academic achievement, ethical standards, and contributions to the Society. Fellowship shall be conferred in accordance with criteria and procedures established by the Society.
    • Honorary members shall be individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the Society or to the field of thyroid surgery.

  • Cancellation & Refund
    • A request for cancelling membership fee must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat by email.
      Cancelling registration by phone is NOT accepted.
      (No refund will be made after 10 days of payment.)
